Chicken, Potato, and Broccoli Gratin
A comforting and simple gratin where tender chicken cooks with potatoes and broccoli, all topped with melted cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 500 g Potato
- 300 g Broccoli
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken into cubes and the potatoes into chunks.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Place the chicken, potatoes, and broccoli in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little oil.
Step 4
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven for 5 minutes until golden.
