Chicken and Potato Gratin with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken
- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Grated cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and the potatoes into small pieces. Wash and cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish and arrange the potatoes, chicken, and broccoli in alternating layers.
Step 3
Pour the water, season with salt and pepper. Top with a layer of grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until the top is golden and the potatoes are tender.
