Chicken and Potato Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken
- 600 g Potato
- 100 g Cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut the chicken into cubes and slice potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish and layer potatoes, then chicken, then potatoes again.
Step 3
Sprinkle grated cheese, season with salt and pepper. Dot with butter on top.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
