Simple Potato Gratin
A classic and comforting potato gratin with tender potatoes cooked in a skillet, simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and oil.

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices, about 5mm thick.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Brown the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Step 4
Add the water, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until completely tender.
