Potato, Ham and Cheese Gratin

Ingredients
- 1 kg Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 250 g Cheese
- 300 ml Sour cream
- 1 unité Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces and finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Step 4
Butter a baking dish and layer: potatoes, ham, grated cheese. Repeat.
Step 5
Pour the prepared sour cream over everything and finish with a layer of cheese.
Step 6
Bake for 50 minutes until golden and bubbling.
