Potato, Ham and Mushroom Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 150 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms and ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange a layer of potatoes.
Step 4
Add a layer of mushrooms and ham, then potatoes, and repeat.
Step 5
Pour the milk over everything, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
