Potato and Tuna Gratin
A savory gratin combining tender potatoes, tuna, and cheese. A complete dish that satisfies the whole family.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 80 g Gruyere flakes
- 200 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 250 ml Water
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.
Step 3
In a buttered baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, carrots, and tuna. Pour the water, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Top with Gruyere flakes and bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
