Creamy Potato and Chicken Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 300 g Chicken
- 80 g Gruyère shreds
- 150 g Carrots
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the chicken into cubes and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Peel and slice the carrots into rounds.
Step 3
Oil a baking dish and layer: potatoes, carrots, and chicken.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper, then cover with Gruyère shreds.
Step 5
Bake for 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Step 6
Serve hot directly from the dish.
