- 3 piece Potato
- 150 g Ham
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the ham into small cubes.

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add the sliced potatoes and sauté for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Add the ham and cook for another 8-10 minutes until the potatoes are golden and tender.
