Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with potatoes, ham, and Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients
- 700 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small pieces and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
Butter a tart pan and alternate layers of potatoes, ham, and Gruyère.
Step 5
Pour water over everything and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Top with grated Gruyère and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
