Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin made with potatoes, ham, and grated cheese. Easy to prepare and delicious for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère flakes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice
Step 3
Oil a pie dish or baking pan
Step 4
Layer: potatoes, ham, cheese. Repeat until the pan is full
Step 5
Pour the water and season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden
