Potato and Ham Gratin
A simple and comforting gratin with potatoes, ham, and mushrooms baked until golden. Perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 200 g Mushrooms
- 200 ml Milk
- 20 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Dice the ham and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
Step 4
Layer the potatoes in a buttered baking dish, alternating with ham and mushrooms.
Step 5
Pour the béchamel over the top, season, and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
