Potato and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
In a baking dish, layer potatoes, ham, and grated Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Dot with small pieces of butter on top.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and the potatoes are cooked through.
