Potato and Ham Gratin

- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Butter a gratin dish and layer alternately with potatoes, ham, and cheese.
Step 5
Pour water between the layers, season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
