Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with layered potatoes, ham, and Gruyère cheese. Pop it in the oven and forget about it for 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1000 g Potatoes
- 250 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère shavings
- 30 g Butter
- 300 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the ham into cubes.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish and layer alternating potatoes, ham, and Gruyère shavings. Finish with Gruyère.
Step 3
Pour water between the layers, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden.
