Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with potatoes, ham and Gruyère cheese. A French classic that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 80 g Shredded Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange half of the potato slices.
Step 4
Add the ham cut into pieces over the potatoes.
Step 5
Cover with the remaining potatoes and sprinkle with shredded Gruyère.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and the top is golden.
