Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting classic: potatoes and ham baked in the oven with a creamy sauce. Ready in less than 45 minutes.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 4
Prepare a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, cook for 1 minute, then gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
Step 5
In a baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, ham and béchamel. Finish with béchamel.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden.
