Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting classic: crispy potatoes and tender ham in a creamy sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, then pour in the milk while whisking. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes, ham, and béchamel.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
