Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with potatoes, ham and melted Gruyère. Perfect for a winter evening.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère flakes
- 20 g Butter
- 150 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Dice the ham and butter a gratin dish.
Step 3
Layer potatoes, then ham and Gruyère. Repeat layers.
Step 4
Pour water, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
