Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting classic: layers of potatoes, carrots, and ham baked in a creamy milk and butter sauce until golden.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 2 piece Carrots
- 200 g Ham
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish. Layer potatoes, then carrots and ham. Repeat until the dish is full.
Step 4
Pour the milk over everything, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
