Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting classic French gratin with potatoes, ham, and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange a layer of potatoes.
Step 4
Add a layer of ham and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Step 6
Pour water over the gratin, season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes until golden.
