Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting and hearty gratin with layers of potatoes, ham, and cheese. Perfect for a family meal.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère shreds
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 200 ml Water
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish and layer potatoes, then ham, then cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Step 3
Pour the water around (not over) the dish and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and the top is golden.
