Potato and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes with a knife.

Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
In a buttered dish, layer the potatoes, ham, and Gruyère, finishing with cheese on top.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
