Creamy Potato and Ham Gratin
A classic and comforting gratin with potatoes, ham, and a creamy milk sauce. Perfect for an easy family dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, gradually pour in the milk while whisking constantly.
Step 4
In a baking dish or tart pan, layer potatoes, then ham, then béchamel sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
