Potato and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Make a béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, stir for 1 minute, then gradually pour in the milk while stirring.
Step 4
Assemble the gratin: spread a layer of potatoes, then ham and mushrooms, repeat. End with potatoes.
Step 5
Pour the béchamel over everything, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden.
