Potato and Ham Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: creamy potatoes layered with ham and Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish. Arrange a layer of potatoes, then ham and grated Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Pour the water, season with salt and pepper. Top with grated Gruyère.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
