Potato and Ham Gratin
A classic and comforting comfort food. Thinly sliced potatoes alternated with ham, baked in a skillet with milk and butter.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 200 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes with a knife or vegetable peeler.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Butter a skillet and arrange a layer of potatoes in it.
Step 4
Alternate: layer of ham, layer of potatoes, until the dish is full.
Step 5
Pour the milk over everything, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
