Potato and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 4
In a buttered baking dish, layer potatoes, ham, and Gruyère. Season with salt and pepper between layers.
Step 5
Pour water over the top and bake for 35 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
