Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with layers of potatoes, ham and melted Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight family dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère shavings
- 30 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Cut the ham into small pieces.
Step 2
Butter a baking dish and layer with sliced potatoes, then ham, then Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 3
Pour water over the gratin, season, and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
