Potato and Ham Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel potatoes and slice them thinly into rounds.
Step 2
Dice the ham. Make a béchamel sauce: create a roux with butter and flour, then gradually add the milk.
Step 3
In a gratin dish, layer the potatoes, then ham, then pour the béchamel over.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
Step 5
Serve hot directly from the dish.
