- 800 g Potato
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Cut the ham into dice.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and layer potatoes, ham, and grated Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper. Finish with a layer of Gruyère.
