Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting classic: creamy potatoes baked with ham and grated Gruyère cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish. Layer potatoes, then ham, then grated Gruyère. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Pour the water, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden.
