Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting gratin with potatoes, ham, and a simple béchamel sauce. Perfect for winter.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 400 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Prepare a béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, then gradually pour in the milk.
Step 3
Season the béchamel with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Layer the potatoes and ham in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour the béchamel over everything and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
