Potato and Ham Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: potatoes baked with ham and melted cheese. Perfect for a family dinner.

- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 3
Cut the ham into small dice.
Step 4
Butter a gratin dish and layer with potatoes, ham, and cheese. Repeat the layers.
Step 5
Pour the water over the layers, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
