Potato and Ham Gratin
A comforting French gratin made with sliced potatoes, ham and Gruyère cheese. Baked for a complete meal.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère flakes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes with a mandoline or knife.
Step 3
Oil a gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes.
Step 4
Add a layer of chopped ham and some Gruyère flakes.
Step 5
Repeat the layers and pour salted and peppered water over everything.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
