Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 40 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and arrange half of the potatoes.
Step 4
Add the fresh spinach on top, then the remaining potatoes.
Step 5
Pour the water, season with salt and pepper, and dot with small pieces of butter.
Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
