Potato and Shrimp Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potato
- 250 g Shrimp
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add flour, gradually pour in milk while stirring.
Step 4
Season the béchamel and stir in the whole shrimp.
Step 5
In a gratin dish, alternate layers of potatoes and shrimp sauce.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden and potatoes are tender.
Step 7
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
