Potato and Cauliflower Gratin with Mustard
A rustic and savory French gratin combining tender potatoes and cauliflower, bound with a mustard and butter sauce and finished golden in the oven.

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 350 g Cauliflower
- 30 g Mustard
- 40 g Butter
- 250 ml Water
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C

Peel and slice potatoes into 3-4mm rounds
Step 3
Cut cauliflower into small florets
Step 4
In a buttered baking dish, arrange potatoes and cauliflower alternately

Mix mustard with water and pour over the vegetables
Step 6
Dot with butter, season with salt and pepper
Step 7
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 minutes more
