Potato and Mushroom Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 300 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2
Clean and slice the mushrooms. In a saucepan, melt the butter and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the flour to the mushrooms, mix well. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring to create a smooth sauce.
Step 4
In a baking dish, alternate layers of potatoes and mushroom sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
