Potato and Mushroom Gratin
A comforting gratin with crispy potatoes, mushrooms and ham. A classic French dish that's flavorful and hearty.

Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 150 g Ham
- 250 ml Milk
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and thinly slice potatoes with a knife or mandoline.
Step 2
Cut mushrooms and ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Butter a gratin dish. Layer potatoes, then mushrooms and ham. Repeat until dish is full.
Step 4
Pour milk evenly over everything. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and tender.
