Potato and Mushroom Gratin
A comforting vegetarian gratin featuring tender potatoes, mushrooms, and a creamy milk sauce. Perfect for a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 250 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Clean and slice the mushrooms into thin strips.
Step 4
Butter a gratin dish and layer the potatoes and mushrooms alternately.
Step 5
In a saucepan, make a roux with the butter and flour, then gradually pour in the milk while stirring.
Step 6
Pour the béchamel sauce over the potatoes and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 35 minutes until the gratin is golden brown.
