Potato and Mushroom Gratin
A classic French comfort dish: layers of potatoes, mushrooms, and ham baked with a touch of milk and butter. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 150 g Ham
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
In a baking dish, alternate layers: potatoes, mushrooms, ham. Repeat until the dish is full.
Step 4
Pour the milk over the layers, season with salt and pepper. Dot with knobs of butter.
Step 5
Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
