Gratin of Potatoes and Carrots
A comforting gratin with layers of potatoes and carrots sautéed until golden, then finished in the oven. Simple and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin rounds.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in a skillet with oil for about 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and press down firmly.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
