Ingredients
- 600 g Potatoes
- 300 g Carrot
- 150 g Grated Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 3
Butter a baking dish and layer the potatoes and carrots alternately.
Step 4
Sprinkle Gruyère between the layers and on top. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 35 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the cheese is golden.
