Baked Potato and Carrot Gratin

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin rounds.
Step 3
Layer the vegetables alternately in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Pour the water and olive oil over the vegetables.
Step 5
Bake for 35 minutes until the vegetables are tender and lightly golden.
