Potato and Carrot Gratin
A comforting gratin of potatoes and carrots sautéed and baked until golden. Simple and satisfying for an easy evening meal.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 150 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut potatoes and carrots into thin slices.
Step 2
Sauté vegetables in a pan with a little butter for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Gruyère.
Step 4
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden.
