Ingredients
- 800 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 250 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Oil a baking dish and arrange the vegetables in alternating layers.
Step 3
Pour the water over the vegetables, then season generously with salt and pepper.

Bake at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
