Potato and Carrot Gratin
A comforting gratin with layers of potatoes, carrots, and melted cheese. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 800 g Potato
- 300 g Carrot
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin slices.
Step 3
Butter a gratin dish and arrange a layer of potatoes, then a layer of carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Repeat the layers until all vegetables are used, finishing with potatoes.
Step 5
Sprinkle grated Gruyère on top and bake for 35 minutes until golden.
