Gratin of Potatoes and Carrots

- 800 g Potatoes
- 400 g Carrots
- 150 g Gruyère
- 30 g Butter
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and slice the potatoes and carrots into thin rounds.

Butter a baking dish and layer the vegetables alternately.
