Potato and Broccoli Gratin

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 250 g Broccoli
- 80 g Shredded cheese
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets.
Step 3
Butter a gratin dish and layer: potatoes, broccoli, salt, pepper, and cheese. Repeat the layers.
Step 4
Top with a final layer of shredded cheese and small dots of butter.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
